  3. Exchange Process: Once we approve your claim, we will process an exchange for the damaged item within 7 business days.
  4. Refund Option: If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, please specify this in your communication. Refunds will be processed through your original payment method after approval within 5-7 Business Days.
